TexUS Roofing & Construction ("TexUS", "we", "us") is a roofing and exterior contractor based in Prosper, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through texusroof.com, our forms, phone calls and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you tell us about your roof or project, for example when you request a free inspection.
Project information: photos, measurements, inspection notes, insurance claim details you choose to share, estimates, contracts and payment records.
Website usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools that help the site work and show us how it is used.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, schedule and perform inspections, prepare estimates, and complete your project.
To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, appointments and project.
To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them.
To help with insurance claims you ask us to assist with.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check a consent box on our forms, we may text you about your inspection request, appointments and project updates, and, only if you separately agree, about offers and seasonal reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers who deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management, scheduling, messaging, payment and website hosting providers, who may use it only to provide services to us;
